When you use Race Director Toolkit, we may collect:

• Account and contact info — your name and email address used to sign in.
• Purchase and access details — plan purchased, checkout email, and payment confirmation records (processed by Stripe).
• Event planning data — race names, dates, budgets, volunteers, sponsors, tasks, and other details you enter into the planner.
• Support messages — any emails or notes you send us for help.
• App usage information — general usage patterns to help us understand what features are most useful.

• Provide and maintain your planner access.
• Save your event planning work between sessions.
• Respond to support requests and purchase questions.
• Improve the app based on how it's being used.
• Process and verify purchase and access records.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. Race Director Toolkit does not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled during checkout.

If you have purchased AI Assistant access, prompts and event details you submit through the AI tools section are used to generate the planning content you requested (emails, scripts, captions, etc.). These inputs are processed to fulfill your request and are not used to train third-party AI models on your personal data beyond what is standard for the underlying AI service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with:

• Service providers needed to operate the app (hosting, database, email infrastructure, payment processing).
• Legal or safety compliance — if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
