Race Director Toolkit is a planning and operations app for community race organizers. It includes planning modules, task checklists, budget tools, volunteer and sponsor trackers, templates, and race operations guidance. It is designed to help first-time and community event organizers stay organized and prepared.

Race Planner — a one-time purchase that gives you access to the full planning toolkit. No subscription or renewal required.

AI Assistant upgrade — an optional one-time add-on that enables AI-generated planning content (emails, scripts, captions, etc.). AI access is fair-use and designed for normal race planning tasks. Extremely high-volume, automated, or abusive use of AI features may be limited or require additional credits in the future.

You are responsible for your event. This includes obtaining required permits and approvals, securing appropriate insurance coverage, ensuring participant and public safety, arranging traffic control and police detail where required, providing medical coverage, getting venue approval, and complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Race Director Toolkit helps you organize and track these responsibilities — it does not complete them on your behalf or guarantee your event will meet all requirements.

The content in Race Director Toolkit is planning guidance, not professional legal, insurance, emergency management, medical, or municipal permitting advice. Final decisions about your event are yours. Always consult qualified professionals for legal, insurance, safety, and permitting matters.

We stand behind Race Director Toolkit. If it's not the right fit for you within 30 days of purchase, email us at hello@racedirectortoolkit.com with your checkout email and purchase date, and we'll work to resolve the issue or provide a refund when appropriate.

Sign in with the same email address you used at checkout. Access is tied to that email. If you have trouble accessing the app after purchase, email us and we'll help you get sorted out.

Accounts found to be using the AI tools in an automated, high-volume, or abusive manner may have AI access limited or paused.

Your purchase includes the current Race Planner tools and all future improvements to the core planning features — at no extra cost. AI-powered features require the separate AI Assistant upgrade and are subject to fair-use access terms.
